The Mixed Media Mad Hatter is a textural wonderland with a long finish fur felt crown, flat felt brim, Cha Cha's signature leather piping, and a gorgeous layering of faux snake grosgrain, and suede cording with a wrap-around pheasant feather and chain detail.
